Production workers, Heavy vehicle Assemblers $35 p/hr!

Our client in Eagle Farm has newly created roles available at their modern factory!  They specialise in making custom-built vehicles for the mine and construction industries.  Full training given.

Career opportunity for Production workers, Assemblers, Trade Assistants or Labourers with any mechanical knowledge – any Industry experience or Hobbyists are perfect for this assembly role.

• Full time hours 38+ per week guaranteed
• Monday to Friday Dayshift roles 6am starts 
• Early midday finish on Fridays
• 1/2 day on Saturdays (optional)

 

So what is in it for you? 

• Payrate of $35 p/hr, Time & half at $52.50 p/hr, Double time at $70 p/hr
• Plenty of optional overtime available!
• You also receive a weekly tool allowance of $23.00 p/wk
• Anyone who works overtime gets paid +30mins to travel home
• Plenty of on the job training and coaching

 

Duties will include:

• Assembling and fitting parts
• Trade Assistant duties
• Using hand and power tools
• Using iPads to record information 
• Manufacturing heavy vehicles

Any previous experience in the skills listed below are ideal but not essential – you will receive FULL training in all aspects of the role:

• Using Hand tools e.g Spanners and socket sets
• Fitting electrical wiring & harnesses
• Sub Assembly and preparing parts
• Hydraulics / Pneumatics
• Mechanical fitting
• Pre-delivery inspection
