Mechanical Trade Assistants – Heavy Mobile Plant Maintenance

Job Connect is assisting one of Australia’s premier Access Equipment providers as they are expanding their team rapidly. Located in their Darra workshop, the team are looking for keen Mechanical Trade Assistants to join their experienced and welcoming team.

The team have a positive culture of training and guidance as their equipment is specialized and is used by high risk workers. You will be assisting to service and fitout new machines including tasks such as applying decals, installing and removing accessories and general workshop support.

 

An Ideal Mechanical Trade Assistant will possess:

• Any experience working with Light Vehicles to Forklifts or Mobile Plant
• LF, EWP or any Truck licences are handy but not required
• Willingness to get guidance on tasks related to servicing mobile plant and general workshop duties
• Keenness to keep learning and build technical knowledge!
• Reliable transport to attend at Darra at 7am Mon – Fri
• Full Working Rights that will allow them to go Permanent
