Batch Production Mixer/Blenders or Colour Matchers – Polymer Products

Job Connect has been appointed by an international Building Products manufacturer to source new additions to expand their team in the Wacol/Carole Park area.

This incredibly successful brand are seeking a Colour Matcher in Paints or Polymers on Day Shift and Batch Production Blenders/Mixers on Afternoon and Night Shift teams to boost their teams to the next level!

As an experienced Mixer/Blender of Batched products you will also be operating Mixer, Bagging and Filling Machines & Forklifts alongside a very competent and friendly team who knows the value of good team work.

• Permanent full time Pay Rate $39.10 – $44.20/hr + OT Penalty Rates! This rate is not a casual rate – it is Directly to Permanent Employment!

Ideal applicants will have:

• Prior experience in Batch Production – if you’ve followed a recipe to mix/blend bulk ingredients to make a product needing QA checks – WE WANT YOU!
• OR any experience Colour Matching for Paints/Polymer products
• Forklift ticket is essential to move pallets of product around the floor
• Ability to do basic manual handling to support production
• Full working rights with the ability to go Permanent
• Stable Afternoon or Night Shift availability for Batch Production workers (not rotating)
• Day Shift available for Colour Matcher/Batcher (not rotating)
