Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition

Job Connect is looking for a Recruitment Consultant/ Talent Acquisition to work for a family business based on the South Side of Brisbane, so no commute or having to park at an inner city business. 

The position is entry level and perfect for someone who has the ability to learn and grow into this outstanding position.

Prior experience in a customer facing role, be that sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality – we welcome all backgrounds.

Job Connect has been providing recruitment and labour hire service to businesses all over Australia for 14 years

The role involves assisting a team to manage external staff in Manufacturing sites, Engineering workshops, Warehousing and Logistics clients.

We require a person with the following:-

• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Knowledge and competency of the Microsoft office suite.
• Drive and determination for career advancement
• We are looking for versatile person, who enjoys multi-tasking and thinking outside of the square and wants to be part of a winning, successful and positive team
• Medium computer skills required

A permanent position and incentives are available for the right person. Salaries ranging from $60,000 -$80,000 plus super depending on experience

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
