Most recently, Scott has taken the helm as Director of Job Connect. In this role Scott has assisted in the successful growth and development of many businesses by consulting extensively with his clients. Really understanding his clients is what allows Scott to tailor his services and deliver exactly what they want and need.

Safety for the Job Connect candidates and clients is one of Scott’s key priorities. Scott aims for a zero harm workforce. He carefully analyses the job sites, identifies potential risks, and reviews both goals and expectations in order to minimise or eliminate potential hazards. He consistently delivers exceptional service and puts real effort into ensuring his clients satisfaction while maintaining an acceptable risk tolerance.

With experience at branch, state and national levels, Scott’s approach to maintaining relationships with ALL clients reflects his commitment to fostering strong and enduring connections regardless of geographical location. Scott strongly believes that building trust and rapport is crucial.
